So you are looking for a good pair of boots to go adventuring in. I will help you to find a good fit. Lets start with the ever famous Wind walker boots. This will be the first pair of shoes all players will be able to get. If you haven't already found the secret at the Minor plane of air Via. of the pull chain in the room with seven doors north, this is where you will want to head.
The Bronze boots are a nice addition to your wardrobe. To get these shiny boots you will need to collect bronze nuggets from Grege the dragon in the plane of Grege , one of the planes of elderkind. You will collect nine nuggets in all. Take the nuggets to the Lodestone forge. Place three bronze nuggets on the forge and pull the handle. This will make a sheet of bronze. Place three sheets on the forge and pull the handle and pow, you have forged a shiny pair of Bronze boots.
Next are Golden boots from the Golden plane. These will be forged much like the Bronze boots at the Lodestone forge, only using Nine gold nuggets from Aurum's clone in the heart of destruction. Instead of directly making the boots. A port key to the Golden plane will be made, where you will be able to choose one item. In this case it will be Golden boots.
Upon reaching one thousand Mithril count at the scales in the ruins of mithrilfin. you be allowed access to The Crafters Guild In Mithrilfin. Inside you will find an angry Dwarf named Lagnar Danvil. He is a cobbler (shoemaker) he will craft a pair of Boots Of The Drow for you. for this pair of footwear you will need to collect three items from the underdark queen Fadrilmalia in The Temple and bring them to Lagnar. The parts are smooth supple leather, soft padding, and bootstraps.  
The final Pair of boots is achieved by, first having Bronze boots, golden boots, and boots of the drow. Once you have all three, make your way back to the alter in the Drow Temple and pray for a pair of Planar Boots. These come at a stiff price though, to the tune of 150,000 xp.
There is Legend of another pair of boots that can only be given as an event reward by a Dungeon master. Nina's Furry Boots
