Immunity to Death Magic appears to be bugged

I died from Death Magic while wearing the Belt of Guiding Light.
The Sladd Lord killed me with Death Magic. The output showed me performing and failing a Fortitude Save and dying as a result.
Nothing more to add but it certainly will keep me from playing that area.
No Sladd tongues for me!
