Special Properties:
Attack Bonus: +8
Damage Bonus: Magical 6 Damage
Damage Bonus: Slashing 4 Damage.

First Upgrade:

First Upgrade you must be lvl 20 or higher.
NPC Samire Nagheenanajar at the Crafters Guild in Mithrilfin. (Required 1000 mithril count to enter).
First Upgrade: 500 Mithril from your count. This will be removed from your Mithril count.
Special Properties.
Attack Bonus: 8
Damage Bonus: Magical 10 Damage
Damage Bonus: Negative Energy 10 Damage
Damage Bonus: Peircing 10 Damage
Damage Bonus: Slashing 10 Damage
On Hit: Unique Power (On Hit) lvl 5
Keen
Small Sting: Unique On Hit Power; Extra Magical Damage
(Will give you hit points based of your Heal Skill. Radius based off your Mithril Count.)
Power attack must be on for On Hit Unique Power to work.

Second Upgrade:
5 Mithril Dust, 5 Mithril Chips, 5 Mithril Nuggets and 2000 Mithril count removed from your Mithril count.  Must be lvl 30 or higher.
Special Properties:
Attack Bonus: +8
Damage Bonus: Magical 10 Damage
Damage Bonus: Negative Energy 10 Damage
Damage Bonus: Piecing 10 Damage
Damage Bonus: Slashing 10 Damage
On Hit: Unique Power (On Hit lvl 5)
Fatal Hit = Extra Magical Damage
Keen
Critical Sting = Allows critical hits on Critical Immune Creatures
Widespread Sting = AoE radius damage based of Mithril Count. Damage based of Heal Skill
Power attack must be on for On Hit Unique Power to work.

Third Upgrade:
6000 Mithril Count Increase Radius of Widespread Sting.

Fourth Upgrade:
Max out your Wisdom to maximize your Heal Skill.  This will increase your damage on your Wide Sting AoEs. Epic Skill focus Heal if you wish.

If you only had one Bloody sting at the time you levelled up your weapon the second bloody sting will automatically upgrade.

I feel like I am doing something wrong, but I can't get the second upgrade. I have all the mith items, and my count is 3500, and I am over level 30. I assume I am supposed to talk to the same guy, the one with the obsession over ork ears?
