Quest for the Mithril Master Ring

This is *not* a comprehensive book about Mithril Rings and their properties, what skills to use, attacks to employ, damage rating or other such things. this book is about 1 thing: Getting those Suite, Suite Rings!

In order to start the quest line for the mithril ring you will need to visit teh "focus studies" building in the Deep Thought University(DeepU). the entrance for DeepU can be found on the south side of Mithrilfin. You will need to have a Mithril Weapon and be versed in the use of said weapon in order to be presented with the Mithril Training Hall as an option.

Training Hall Access Requirements:
-have mithril weapon on you
-able to wield said Mithril weapon
-Improved Critical (Feat) in said weapon
-lvl 20+

Talk with Master Breytak, he will start the quest line by telling you to get the dragoneye's lasting inspiration.

"Prove worth" Quest:
-obtain Dragoneye's Lasting Inspiration
--this is done by collecting and then giving "bottles of holding" (dropped by the assassin at the end of merrapi's basement) to Merrapi who gives Dragoneye's Inspiration as a reward the 1st time and then upgrades it each subsequent time.
--you will need to run basement 12 times and the attic 1 time to obtain Dragoneye's Lasting Inspiration.
-->Reward: you can begin the actual quest line

Training Ring Quest:
-Obtain [Dragoneye's Lasting Inspiration] (which you will already have by this point)
-Obtain an [Acid mastery] (dropped by the Acid Soul in both Aurum's Sanctum and DDS, Random chance drop)
-->Reward: Mithril Training Ring

Apprentice Ring Quest:
-Obtain the [Mithril Training Ring] (should already have)
-Power Attack (Feat)
-Obtain the [Mirror of Lore]
--the Mirror is a random chance drop from the Dammed / Grim Razer in the prison of the cursed.
--also drops in Deep Thought: Library (Dark) - Pitch Black - from Darkened Warrior
-Obtain the [Ward of Elements]
--will need a mithril count of 600+ (exactly 600 will work)
--goto the smokey caverns II and kill "Barroness Petra" and grab her head
--talk to Sonja Deepforge (she patrols the wall around Mirthilfin) to turn in the head and obtain the Ward of Elements as a reward
-->Reward: Mithril Apprentice Ring

Journeyman Ring Quest:
-Obtain the [Mithril Apprentice Ring] (should already have)
-Overwhelming Critical (Feat)
-Obtain [Cire's Forging Record]
--found at the end of the Crimson deep area
--careful he Hellballs, youll be glad to have the ward of elements!
-- the forging record is droppable
-Obtain a [Digger Egg]
--Diggers are located past the alpha mithril pillar.
--bring a bard as the diggers hit very hard and are very hard to hit! (their shells make them almost immune to magic)
-->Reward: Mithril Journeyman Ring

Master Ring Quest:
-Obtain Mithril Journeyman Ring (should already have)
-Devastating Critical (Feat)
-Defeat the "Tamed" Digger in single combat.
--*WARNING* [Cire's Forging Record] and the [Digger Egg] will be CONSUMED when you receive the Master Ring
--Strategy1: have a bard buff you before entering the fight
--Strategy2: keep power attack active and only focus on fighting the digger chow. the Mithril Fury's will AOE dmg the "tamed" digger.
-->Reward: Mithril Master Ring

For the Apprentice Ring, the convsation asks for: FEAT_POWER_ATTACK or Flurry Blows.

to get Journeyman Ring Conv to show also, the player will need: OVERWHELMING_CRITICAL or he just tells you to come back

to get Master Ring Conv also asks that the player has Devstating Critial.. before giving the ring

The Mirror of Lore can also be found in - Deep Thought: Library (Dark) - Pitch Black - from Darkened Warrior.
