12 Dark Secrets EE

Hi Folk, I have recently started up 12 Dark Secrets for Enhanced Edition and its slowly coming together with Pitoni help.

At the moment we only have 12ds running because trying to run Deep Places with it.. it glitches and breaks the NPC's and Scripts along with it.

also to mention... the sever vault is different so.. you will have to come to me so I can copy your characters to your vault.
PS. I mean my server.. none of the old ones that ran on Ezpickens & WardenWolf's ...

Thanks for handling this! I look forward to converting. I hope it goes well. If you need any help, don't hesitate on asking. I'll try to do the best I can.

It is 99.9% Nina's Work.

I mostly helped in the beggining testing 12DS functions, checking if they worked, and after Nina bought the EE we have been testing together, specially server transition and stuff.

But all the hard work, that is scripting, moding, etc, that is solely server sided is being done by Nina.

She has been working fast, and it seems to be going in a good pace, at least until Nina has to leave us all for her final project (which for our unluckyness is not 12DS, lol).

We currently have only 12 DS up, no deep, and definetly no IR.

We hope to see all around, and to get new players.
One thing is for sure, it runs much more smoothly than 1.69.

Good day. I decided this thread is where my posts belong. Thanks for letting me know that 12DSEE is up.

The first time I attempted to connect it asked for and then complained about my character name. Maybe I should have left the field blank.

The second time I attempted to login using the same approach it let me into the character window and I was able to create a toon. When I went in game to the start point I couldn't see anything because the screen from Beam Dog which shows the available servers also came with me. It covered up most of the 12DS screen. I tried a number of things to get rid of it but no luck.

I logged out and power cycled my computer. I have been unable to get back in. I can get to the direct connect box but when I attempt to login the "Server found. Attempting to login" message is displayed but no resolution ever occurs.

I have attempted to login everyday and the result is the same. "Server found. Attempting to login" message is displayed but no resolution ever occurs.

tryed to log in but got server found then connection to server failed

I have been in game and played a bit. Look forward to much more.

May I have Taziar Medekan (30th lvl) and Valera Tiphi (lvl 20) copied to my Val account on EE please?
I made it to EE on the 26th.. It took me a bit to figure out that I had to go through Steam an buy it.

Glad they show.. now for the next half of the problem:

if you have done some mithril counts on the other server.. let me know which toon and also what the count was..
also check the library quest also..

I copyed acorss your toons but the backend Database part needs to be restocked also if needed.. this will take some time also.

Tazier is the only one with a mithril count and Library quest.
Mithril Count: 194
Library Quest: I think it is called "End of the Demon Curse" (I need to get 10 demon blood and a blank tome for that quest).

Well thats should be easy enough...


Take Tazier, and take your mithril count to either 1 or 2 to start then.. I will take it to 194.

For the library quest do at least 1 for me then I will set it to - search for the "End of the Demon Curse" to do.

I'm thinking of coming back to NWN after another hiatus. I was wondering if there is a normal edition up and running or is it only on EE now? I forget where to get the EE. Is there a link? Also, did all toons transfer to the EE? In-game username is Enordstrom. I've been on this server off and on for a ton of years now. I forget when I started but this is by far the best server.

all the toons have been moved from the classic one to the NWNEE but first you will need to make an acount on EE then tell me the name of the toon then I will move Enordstrom across.

Most players buyed NWNEE on Steam while some from GoG.

NWNEE main game has been updated but were using an oldstable version at the moment so.. when you are all set up. I will help you along.

Hello all,

I played 12DS both in regular NWN and NWNEE.

I played some on October & November but since the latest upgrade I've only downgraded once to play 12DS.

Any idea when you'll patch the server?

There has been some problems recently, having players being able to join on the new updated version of NWNEE. we hope to get it updated as soon as possible.

I can not tell you any more than that.
