The Upcoming update 1st of April 2020

I am trying to get this update, on the new NWNEE version. I have had a selection of players test out
8193.9 and players were able to join.. which is progress to me.. now that being said.. Every bloody time that I have planned to get the new version to work.. it just slaps me back in the face.. so…

The way this will work.. will be up to you.. also to note.. Sorry once again Mobile users.. but use a Desktop or Laptop to play..

You can either use.. direct version of 8193.5 or.. you can just click Old Stable and it will still use the version 8193.5 as well.

UPDATE

- Edited some Epic XP on some of the creatures within Smookie Cavens.

- Added a few more statues in the Blessing Garden

- Fixed the lectern in Beryl Grotto and Plane of Elderkind to only take one book to open the portal ways

- Did some work on the Black Guard fiend creature with a custom made called Hass, you will need at least level 20 Black Guard level to summon him.

- once again, did some more edits towards the Ancient Tomb.

- The Forest Fey has had her arrows tweaked to be a little stronger and also more stacks as well.

- made a huge mistake on the Epic Dragon knight. this has been fix.

- Took away the 9_life stealer from Mithrilfin which was on the floor while I was testing.. and players selling them… for some gold

- The Bloody Stings has had an upgrade towards its blade, so you can upgrade it, to level 2 for more additional surprises

- Murua will have helpers spawn, from time to time. - Murua will no longer be able to be stunned, it be best to have a party...

- More Books have been wrote and put into the Library “Thank you”

- The old Share Banker has been removed from service and now.. players should start to use the new Banker in Crossblades.
- MOVE YOUR GOLD BEFORE THE UPDATE..

Is this why the server has been down today and yesterday?

Can you clarify what you mean by "I'm sorry mobile users.". I'm not ready to fight my husband over our computer and purchase this game for a 4th time (because bloody computers no longer have disc drives)

I Believe what Lobster means by "Sorry Mobile users" is that those users will no longer be able to logon to 12ds since the new version no longer supports Mobile

Does a tablet count as mobile too? If yes, then that's a bummer...

Yes I believe so. It's the same version I am playing. I've switched to some arkadia or something for the time being. Unless for some reason 12 D's enables mobile.

You can change CD keys in the registry of your username if you have a digital copy of the game from any platform.

Where do I get a digital copy. I have the original originals... So separate keys for shadows and horde's. We wouldn't work, I think.

Either Steam or GOG.com

I think GOG has just the basic EE available.

So just to clarify, the server is no longer available to mobile users. Nor will it be in the future?

As it stands.. at the moment.. No Mobiles will be able to enter.. into 12 Dark Secrets because of the version..

now.. for the future.. that depends on the (Beamdog company) and allow the mobile users to update there version to 8193.x or greater !!
