some bug fixing..

- The Rat drops has been reduced, also in the Ancient Tomb as well

- The Asylum Guard Captain has been fixed to not always be hostile on respawn.

- The quest line with Lord Wick has been fixed so player will not be able to loop the quest.. once it has been finished.

- began cleaning some spawns in the "Ruins of Mithrilfin" <- Work in progress.
