Mithril Farm - Worth Farming?

If one enters into the earthen mound by the archaeologist in Crossed Blades you will find yourself in the deep places. if you follow the long and winding corridor to the south and take the last west-ward hall you will enter into the "Mithril Farm". in this farm there are several Roths, cow like creatures that often times tend to collect mithril whilst they graze. now due to their aggressive nature the farmer has found them to be a bit unrulely and routinely requests that passing adventurers assist him in "culling" the herd. He doesnt mind if said adventurers keep any mithril they find as a reward and insists that if you bring him the head of the "king roth" that he will pay you with a mithril nugget. for those unfamiliar with the value of mithril amoung the dwarves of Mithrilfin it is as follows:
Mithril Dust - 1 point
Mithril Chip - 5 points
Mithril Nugget - 25 points

Inside the Farm you will find the following types and numbers of Roth:
Female - 10 (Casts: battletide, petrafication gaze)
Male - 9 (high AB. Casts: battletide, petrafication gaze, fear circle)
King - 1 (high AB, Casts: battletide, petrafication gaze, fear circle, and AOE dmg circle)

Here are the possible loots that each of the Roths can drop:
Female - [in container/loot bag, guaranteed] 1 dust  / [ground drop] 1 dust
Male - [in container/loot bag, guaranteed] 1 dust, 10k gold / [ground drop] 1 dust OR 1 chip
King - [in container/loot bag, guaranteed] Roth King's Head, 50k gold / [ground drop] 1 chip (guaranteed)

So in total dear adventurer you are guaranteed:
Dust - 19
Chip - 1
Nugget - 1 (when you turn the head into the NPC at the entrance to the farm)
Gold - 140k

While this is what is guaranteed the question becomes what of the chance drops? how high are those? well here is what i found in the course of my adventures:
Run 1: 23 dust, 1 chip, 1 nugget, 140k gold
Run 2: 21 dust, 1 chip, 1 nugget, 140k gold
Run 3: 23 dust, 1 chip, 1 nugget, 140k gold
Run 4: 23 dust, 1 chip, 1 nugget, 140k gold
Run 5: 25 dust, 1 chip, 1 nugget, 140k gold

So on average you can expect: 23 dust, 1 chip, 1 nugget and 140k gold. (there is an Area Cleaner in the farm)
